RWG acquires JOYN platform

RWG has acquired the community platform JOYN. 

 

To develop their customer propsition allowing more self management for end customers and to enhance their partner program, RWG Mobile has acquired the trade and assets of the community platform application JOYN. 

 

The application will be used to service end customers of RWG allowing greater insight to customer accounts, bundles, price plans, payment information and will become a tool for greater self management for mobile customers no matter where they are in the world. Furthermore, the applicaiton will be used by new partners of RWG to white label their own unique mobile offering allowing the same comprehensive account management tools but branded in their own name to enhance loyalty to the partner program.
